Founded in 2003, Sepmem is a comprehensive enterprise engaged in natural gas project investment, engineering construction, and energy product sales, with a commitment to clean energy and low-carbon technologies.
With over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, Sepmem provides full-process solutions across engineering design, equipment supply, project construction, and operation management. We operate in two core sectors: energy investment and engineering.
In the energy sector, Sepmem invests in and operates LNG plants, specializing in the efficient utilization of unconventional natural gas sources—including stranded wellhead gas, associated petroleum gas, flare gas, and pipeline gas. The LNG plants have a total production capacity of over 5 million Nm³ per day.
The engineering sector provides services in chemical engineering, natural gas processing, industrial gas separation, eco-friendly equipment development, and clean energy R&D. Sepmem has successfully completed over 500 engineering projects.

Chengdu Sepmem Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2003, is a technology-driven engineering company providing integrated services including process package development, project consulting, construction and management, skid-mounted equipment supply, and commissioning. The company is committed to the research, development, and promotion of surface engineering for natural gas, industrial gas separation, and innovative low-carbon environmental technologies.
The company holds Grade A design qualification for chemical engineering, Grade B design qualification for the petroleum and natural gas (offshore oil) industry, manufacturing licenses for pressure pipelines and pressure vessels, general contracting qualifications for construction projects, and certifications for quality, safety, environmental protection, and occupational health management systems. To date, the company has successfully completed over 500 projects, covering fields such as natural gas purification, natural gas liquefaction, pressure swing adsorption (PSA), membrane separation, hydrogen production and purification, and CCUS.
