On June 10, 2025, the Jilin Changling 1 Million Natural Gas Liquefaction Peak-Shaving Project (Phase I) located in Changling County, Songyuan City, Jilin Province, successfully completed its first-time trial run. The successful production of qualified LNG products marks the project entering official production and operation stage, injecting impetus into the regional natural gas supply system. 

Since the start of construction in 2003, our team in Jilin Sepmem has demonstrated exceptional resilience and execution capability in the face of multiple challenges. Our Process Design Department, Management Department, and Commissioning Team worked in close coordination, overcoming diverse difficulties throughout planning, design, and on-site construction, ensuring steady project progress.

After nearly two-year intensive construction and equipment installation and commissioning, the project reached the crucial stage of commissioning. Prior to the commissioning, our Jilin Sepmem Team formulated detailed plans and contingency measures, successfully resolving the issue of condensate blockage in the long-distance gas pipeline, laying a solid foundation for the commissioning success.

During the trial run, personnel at all positions strictly followed operating procedures, monitored equipment operation and process parameters around the clock, and promptly addressed any unexpected issues to ensure stable operation throughout the process. After six consecutive days of stable operation, the plant successfully produced qualified LNG products, with all indications meeting design requirements, marking the project stepping into new operation stage.

The successful commissioning of Jilin Sepmem Plant will effectively ease the regional natural gas supply pressure and provide more stable and cleaner energy for both local industrial and residential use.
